We teach the permaculture design certificate course here in Houston. If you haven’t taken the 75-100 hour course, that is the place to start. Beyond that there are diploma possibilities in design and in education.
In Houston, most of our classes are Sunday afternoon. We teach it in five modules–the first is two Sundays and is called Sustainable Living through Permaculture. It is offered every year in Sept-Oct and it repeats in late January. For more information, see http//:urbanharvest.org/permaculture
